I’ve worked on some brilliant projects with some great people. Here’s a selection of publications that I authored or co-authored as part of them (of course, they won’t ever tell the whole story…)

Going further back is a policy briefing based on a research project I led with colleagues at the University of Sheffield and a group of peer researchers with lived experience of multiple disadvantage. It explores how recognising the impact of trauma, building trusting relationships and developing co-ordinated services can prevent homelessness.

In Voices from the Frontline, people with first-hand experience of disadvantage tell government how policy decisions have made their lives more challenging. It was based on in-depth conversations with over 50 people across England.

The follow-up report, Solutions from the Frontline, makes recommendations to government based on the ideas developed by people with lived experience, and the frontline practitioners that support them.
